The ordinary TTD formula is 66 2/3% of AWW, subject to the applicable maximum and minimum. The IWCC updates SAWW-derived rates every six months.

Waiting, notice, and filing reference

Requires the statutory and evidentiary conditions for permanent total disability.

May include rehabilitation services and maintenance in qualifying cases.

Death benefits

Dependency, duration, minimums, maximums, and burial expenses require separate review.

Penalties and interest
