Permanent partial disability schedule examples

Upper body and senses

  • Arm: 240 weeks
  • Hand: 200 weeks
  • Thumb: 75 weeks
  • Index finger: 45 weeks
  • Eye: 120 weeks
  • Hearing, one ear: 70 weeks

Lower body and back

  • Leg: 200 weeks
  • Foot: 144 weeks
  • Great toe: 35 weeks
  • Other toe: 10 weeks
  • Back: 150 weeks
  • Hearing, both ears: 70 weeks

A partial loss applies the physician’s impairment percentage to the scheduled weeks. The Commission resolves disputed ratings, and alternative wage-loss remedies may require an election.
