The maximum is 75% and the total-disability minimum is 20% of the statewide AWW, rounded to the nearest dollar. If the worker’s wage is below the minimum, actual wages are used. SEB has no statutory minimum.

Temporary and supplemental benefits

These periods have exceptions and do not all run together. Never delay filing because another benefit or informal negotiation is pending.
