Nebraska weekly income-benefit limits
| Injury year | Maximum weekly benefit | TTD minimum |
|---|---|---|
| 2026 | $1,166 | $49 |
| 2025 | $1,130 | $49 |
| 2024 | $1,094 | $49 |
| 2023 | $1,029 | $49 |
The maximum equals the state average weekly wage determined for the calendar year. If a TTD worker’s entire weekly wage is below $49, the benefit equals that wage rather than the $49 minimum.
