Permanent and other benefits

Permanent partial disability generally pays 70% of AWW up to $375 per week for injuries on or after July 1, 2025, multiplied by the legally assigned weeks or impairment schedule. The whole body represents a maximum of 360 weeks before applying the impairment percentage. PTD generally pays 70% of AWW up to the state AWW under separate duration and review provisions. Death benefits, vocational rehabilitation, disfigurement and medical maintenance each use their own eligibility and calculation rules.
